IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY: This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and AUSPAC Corporation Sdn. Bhd. for the Auspac Business Software product identified above, which includes computer software and associated media and printed materials (if any), and may include online or electronic documentation (SOFTWARE PRODUCT or SOFTWARE). By accepting the Delivery Order (or Invoice/Cash Bill if no D.O.), installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorised to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE.

Auspac grants you the following rights: Use and Copy. Auspac grants to you the right to use copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT only in conjunction with validly licensed copies.  Multiple licenses are required if you intend for this software to be installed on a network of computers.  You may also make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for backup and archival purposes.

2. COPYRIGHT.

All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any copies there of are owned by AUSPAC or its suppliers.  All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties.  Auspac grants you no rights to use such content.

3.  MALAYSIA GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by Malaysia copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

4. RESTRICTIONS.

You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You must maintain all copyright notices on all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may not distribute copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to third parties. You may transfer the SOFTWARE PRODUCT from one computer to another provided you removed the SOFTWARE PRODUCT from the original Computer.

LIMITED WARRANTY

AUSPAC WARRANTS THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL PERFORM SUBSTANTIALLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SOFTWARE SYSTEM GUIDE AND USER MANUALS.

AUSPAC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED BY THIRD PARTIES WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SPECIFIED BY THE THIRD PARTY SUPPLYING THE EQUIPMENT.

WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE THE SERVICES OF FORMATTING OF HARD DISK DUE TO VIRUS ATTACK OR POWER GLITCH.
